When I had a session with Sabio I had no idea what was going to happen, I was taken on a magical journey back to some challenging memories and was astounded by the end of the session the shifts that I felt It’s been a month or so since and as I recall the memories that we visited - they have lost all charge! I had a session with Sabio after I went through very traumatic events that left me in a state of shock, fear and constant anxieties. I couldn’t sleep well, I was physically exhausted, tight and constantly anxious. It was manifesting so strongly on a physical level that it was hard to work through this with my normal tools such as nature walks, meditations, music, yoga etc. I physically couldn't do any of it. After the session with Sabio, I slept through the night for the first time in two months, I felt physically and mentally relaxed for the first time after I had the traumatic experience. Emotionally I felt nothing but just a sensation of my being. We worked through the guilt and fears that were stored in my body, gently rewiring the guilt through the rapid eye movements, mental tasks that Sabio was crafting so skilfully and Havening Touch. I was brought back to the present moment, to my natural state and alignment with my essence and soul. The worries were gone, the guilt disappeared and from that moment I started my recovery. I was able to exercise again, go for walks, meditate, laugh and step by step work towards feeling better. I’m eternally grateful for this. I was pulled out from the most difficult place I’ve ever been to.

"What tools/insights were most useful for you and why? Previously I have listened to a hypnotherapy recording for driving anxiety which did help somewhat but I found that Sabio’s application of the Havening technique really got to the core of the issue and resolved it. Being able to travel back to the source point for the reason behind my driving anxiety was very beneficial and came as a surprise. I would have never have made the link otherwise but upon reflection, it makes complete sense. Overall, what will you take with you from this experience? I no longer feel any anxiety while driving which has allowed me to become a more confident, skilled and safe driver. I believe that other issues related to the cause of my driving anxiety have also been addressed as I generally feel freer and less anxious in general. If you were to describe working with me to a friend, what would you say? Sabio shows a deep level of commitment and care in using the Havening technique to help people change their lives. He is open-minded and easy to speak to – no matter what comes up during the session you will be comfortable in expressing what is happening and how you are feeling. Sabio took the time to carefully explore the issue and guided me through the process to ensure that the root of the cause for my driving anxiety was revealed. Until we got to that point, he continued to listen and took his time to encourage me to explore the situation. At no point did I feel rushed or that there was a right and wrong way for the session to be progressing. Is there anything else you'd like to share? With regards to a session, I went through with you the whole experience was absolutely mind-blowing. I came back to some difficult parts of my life and you have managed to open up some painful moments and heal them by adding so much light, love and peace into them. You lead me to some magical places of which I always loved to explore and I sensed so much unconditional love, acceptance and understanding as never before. Your calm and soothing voice helped me to open up completely and treat you as a real friend who can support me and advise me of any possible ways to blame myself for my past. Sabio was recommended to me by a previous therapist, who was no longer able to work with my son, Kuba. Kuba was 15 at the time and had been suffering from IBS symptoms for several weeks. My son doesn't feel comfortable with strangers and has his own distinct ways of interacting with others and processing information, as most of the people from autisctic spectrum, so the first session was even more challenging as he was in pain, but it went really good. The next ones has helped Kuba not only to release stress, work over anxiety and calm down IBS, but also improved his confidence and general feeling of happiness.
